I'm with this service since the very begiining. The biggest + here is simple interface - I call this pool "Apple" in mining pools. Believe me other pools are just copycats of eachother with unreliable statistics which is just completely useless most of the time. This service is made by miners and for miners. Highly recommend
Pros:
Easily understandable, great statistics visualisation, reliable service
Cons:
Not yet the biggest pool, thus blocks time might differ much.
Hey Product Hunt!
We are the miners. Cryptocurrency miners of course. :) When we first discovered mining we realised that most of the mining pools are really hard to work with. They are also most often the black boxes. You never know what is happening there. That’s why we started to work on our own pool.
We provide two Mining Pool Reward Types for each coin we have: PPLNS and Solo.
We have PPLNS ("Pay Per Last N Shares") Pools, where miners work together to find a block. When the block found, the reward split according to their hashrate.
We have Solo Pools, where each miner works alone. However, if he finds the block, he gets the full block reward himself.
Unlike most of the existing mining pools built by amateurs on the open-source code, being miners ourselves we are making the pool from scratch with the clear vision how should it work. The pool must be:
0) Good-looking - miners are spending hours on the pool every day
1) Fair - not cheating with the blocks or hashrate
2) Transparent - all statistics could be viewed and analyzed by anyone
3) Easy to use - miners of all levels could set up their hardware in a few seconds
4) Caring - notifications are sent to miners when something happens to their hardware
5) Helping - pool has a Support Team to help the miners 24/7
We have been working hard to make 2Miners so.
Check it out on 2Miners.com
We’d love to have your feedback.

Indeed, one of the fastest growing projects in the mining market. A responsible team does not just make money, but does it with pleasure!
2Miners really stands out from hordes of typical, ugly mining pool pages: they did invest time in making their own frontend (or maybe they are based on something else, but it's not really noticable) with useful statistics. Also they have solo mining pools which take away the hassle of setting up the node and mining software locally when you really want to try your luck (or scientifically calculated it's worth it). I am mining solo ETP for half a year now and it's been a blast. Zero downtime, frequent payouts, all that.
