Hey Product Hunt! 👋
Today we're introducing Kyte — a fully collateralised options market on Robinhood Chain, open to people and AI agents alike.
We started Kyte with a simple belief: options should not need a margin engine, a liquidation bot or a price oracle to be safe. If the collateral is locked up front, the contract already knows how every outcome settles.
But on-chain options today usually mean leverage, liquidations and a trusted party in the middle. We wanted something simpler. One market where every position is backed 1:1, and nothing moves without your signature.
What makes Kyte different?
Fully collateralised. Sell a covered call and your tokens are locked. Sell a cash-secured put and the strike is locked in WETH. Nothing is ever under-backed.
Options are NFTs. A filled offer mints an Option NFT to the buyer. Hold it, transfer it, sell it on, or exercise it.
Physical settlement. The holder pays the strike and receives the tokens, or delivers the tokens and receives the strike. No cash settlement against a price feed.
Built for Robinhood Chain. Covered options on the tokens people actually hold there, from Pons launchpad tokens to LINK, PENGU, VIRTUAL and cbBTC, with per-token caps and minimum strikes.
Agent-ready. One MCP URL gives Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code 20 tools to find, compare and prepare trades. Oak Agent Kit recipes let an agent trade from its own wallet. The agent never holds your keys.
Every fee on the record. 3% of the premium, 0.1% on exercise, split to $KYTE stakers and buybacks by the contract. The proof page is built only from on-chain events.
Our goal isn't to build another derivatives venue. It's to make options simple enough to understand, safe enough to self-custody, and open enough that an agent can use them on your behalf while you stay in control.
We'd love to hear your perspective.
What would it take for you to write your firAnd what would you want an AI agent to beallowed to do with your options, and what should it never be allowed to do?
We're here throughout the launch to answer questions, especially the hard ones about the contracts.
