Hey Product Hunt, I'm Timothy. Pulse is back, rebuilt as v2.
The idea hasn't changed: people have a lot to say about their visit, but nobody fills in a feedback form. Most will happily talk for 30 seconds, though, if it's one tap. The first Pulse recorded those voice notes and transcribed them. v2 is about what happens next, so owners actually act on them.
It's still a QR code on the table: scan, tap record, talk, done. No app, no account. What's new for owners:
every voice note arrives transcribed, with a one-line summary and topics
it works in any language. We test with Yoruba, Nigerian Pidgin, French and Portuguese, and you read it in English next to the original
unhappy customers trigger an email straight away, so you can fix it while they're still there
every Monday you get the three things to fix, with how many people raised each and their own words
spots give each table or branch its own QR code, and table tents print in one click
owners can reply once to customers who ask, without ever seeing their email
a new design, and a rebuilt backend that's safer, faster and fully tested
Pricing is still pay-as-you-go: one pulse per voice note, no subscription, 5 free to start.
I'd love to know what you'd want from it, especially if you run a place people visit.
