Hi Product Hunt! I'm Eng Teck, a solo developer from Malaysia.
Shirtly started because I wanted a phone-first way to turn a shirt idea into export-ready artwork — without needing desktop design software or a print shop built into the app.
What it does today:
- Layer editor for T-shirts, polos, hoodies, long sleeves, tanks, and sweaters
- AI Idea: describe a concept, get editable designs back
- Try It On: preview the design on an AI model mockup before you commit
- Export PNG, JPG, or PDF; guest mode so you can explore before signing up
What it deliberately doesn't do: sell, print, or ship physical shirts. Your finished artwork is yours to take to whatever printer or brand you use.
I'd love feedback from designers, merch makers, and anyone who's tried Placeit / Canva / print-on-demand tools. What would make Shirtly more useful for you?
