Governed AI automation on your own servers

C2Empowered runs governed workflows on your own servers. Describe a process, review the draft, and connect Windows apps, web portals, email, SQL and APIs. Use local AI, stop consequential steps for named approval, and keep the execution record. Request a $3,750 pilot: $1,750 installation + $2,000 discovery and workflow build for one agreed process. A perpetual organization licence is quoted at the results review after the pilot.

Hi Product Hunt — I'm Michael Curtis, founder of C2Consultants and builder of C2Empowered.
Working in regulated and secured environments taught me to ask three questions about automation: who authorized it, what actually ran, and what record is left afterward?
I built C2Empowered around those questions. It runs on your own servers and brings workflow creation, approvals and execution records into one operations platform.
You describe the process in plain language. The co-author drafts a workflow, your team reviews it, and Fleet Agents run the published steps. It can work across Windows applications, browser portals, email, SQL, files and APIs.
AI is used where you choose to use it. Local models are supported through Ollama; administrators can also choose hosted models. Consequential steps can stop for a named approver, while deliberately granted standing approvals let routine work continue within the authority an administrator has given it.
Every run keeps the workflow version, inputs, outputs and approval history together, so the team can see what happened and who was responsible.
The bigger direction behind C2Empowered is what I call the Unified Intent Framework: software should expose what an operation means, what it requires, who may authorize it, and what happened when it ran.
IntentSharp addresses this inside applications through external, versioned intent and contract definitions. C2Empowered brings that direction into organizational work. People state outcomes and grant authority; AI models interpret and propose; programs and systems carry out the work. The organization keeps the record.
Today, C2Empowered provides the governed workflow foundation. My longer-term goal is one shared surface where a team can direct an outcome across its systems, follow it through exceptions and approvals, and eventually coordinate with other organizations through governed services.
We're inviting teams to request a pilot on one of their own processes:
• Installation: $1,750 fixed
• Discovery and workflow build: $2,000 fixed
That's $3,750 for installation, discovery and one agreed pilot workflow. We document the process and its current cost, build and test the workflow, and measure the result. A perpetual organization licence is quoted separately at the results review after the pilot.
I'd especially like feedback from operations teams, IT leaders, MSPs and consultancies dealing with systems that still need people to move information between them.
What process would you want to automate first, and which action would you always want a person to approve?
