Hey All.
True story. I just got married, it was in a country where I didn’t speak the language, and the whole day ran on word of mouth. My budget didn't allow me to hire event coordinator or a planner so we hired the local venue coordinator and nobody had one clear schedule, timings kept slipping, and I spent a lot of the day chasing people instead of enjoying it.
So I built the tool I wish I’d had: a simple operations app that keeps the timeline, the tasks and the people in one place, so everyone knows what’s happening and when.
It’s for couples who want their day to run on time, and for event planners who want to run events without the headache.
The feedback that helped most: e.g. “an early planner told me they didn’t need more features, they needed their vendors to actually see updates in real time, so we made that the core of the app”.
