Hi Product Hunt. I built this because CRMs' basic tiers are too expensive for what you get. If you break down the CRM to the most basic components it really shouldn't cost $20 or even $10. Higher tiers do include things like AI, Inbox Sync, bulk API automations with generous API limits. (which require real costs to maintain though I would argue still not worth $50-$100).
The other thing I believe is that CRMs should be fast. If every click and update is noticeably slow the frustration builds up. But at this point we are just used to it.
So it's one plan with everything, $5 per user a month billed yearly ($6 monthly) and speed is a top priority.
Features I have so far - pipeline board, people and companies, tasks with a week calendar, a Today page (overdue tasks, deals with no next step, deals going cold), notes, sending email from your own Gmail, filters and saved views, reports, and import from Pipedrive or CSV with undo. Every common action has a keyboard shortcut.
It also works from Claude (it's in Claude's connector directory) and ChatGPT (waiting for approval, MCP available) - ask what needs you today, or add a deal by chat. No AI add-on to pay for, there is an MCP server so any other compatible assistant works.
What I plan to add - bulk actions, merging duplicates, automations, API integration and a mobile app.
