Hi Product Hunt, I'm Kai, and I built PNGTuber Maker for people who want to stream with an avatar but can't draw, and don't want to rig a Live2D model just to try it.
A PNGTuber is a few PNGs that swap when you talk. The fiddly part is getting frames that line up, so the character doesn't jump every time the mouth opens. Here you describe a character in a sentence (or upload a sketch or an old avatar), compare four designs, pick one, and get matching idle, talking, blinking and blink-talking frames with transparent backgrounds, ready for OBS.
Sign-up gives you free credits to try a few designs, and there's a watermarked talking preview you can test with your own mic before you decide to keep anything.
