Crew bot is an AI crew that does the work. Hand a job to the Lead: specialists work your email, browser, apps, servers and even your computer at the same time, a skeptic checks what they find, and anything that sends, changes or spends waits for your OK. Free to start, no card needed.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Albert, a software engineer. My company builds an ERP and looks after clients' billing systems and networks, and crew bot started as the thing that did that work for us.
It isn't a chatbot. You hand a job to the Lead, and it plans it and splits it between specialists who work at the same time: in your email, a real browser, your databases, your servers and routers, and your own computer. A skeptic checks what they find before it reaches you.
A few jobs it has done for real:
fixed a client's internet connection during a meeting: it read the issue in WhatsApp, found the account and the router, signed in and fixed the fault, then told the colleague who'd asked
turned a client's list of issues into tasks, checked the code for where each one stood, and drew up the plan
reads the day's LinkedIn email every evening at 7 and reports what's worth acting on
It's also where I look after my machines now: every server, router and Mac in one address book with live status, a real terminal on each, and the crew signing in to check health and fix things. When a client shares their Mac (they read me a code and choose watch-only or full control), I work on it like in AnyDesk, or hand it to the crew and take over whenever I want.
What I cared about most is control. Anything that sends, changes or spends asks you first (on the board, or with a tap on your phone), every job has a budget, and passwords stay in a vault no model ever sees.
It's free to start, no card needed. Paid plans are $19, $49 and $149 a month, and the AI in them is measured at what the providers charge, with no markup.
I'd love to hear what job you'd hand it first, and where it falls short. I'm here all day.
