I’m Kristian, the founder of WorkplaceReady.

I started building this around a problem I kept seeing: AI usually enters a small business before anybody formally decides how it should be used.

Someone starts using ChatGPT. Another person uses Copilot. A useful workflow gets built around an AI tool. Customer or business information starts moving through it.

Most of the time, nobody is trying to create risk. They are simply trying to get work done faster.

The harder moment comes later, when somebody asks:

• Which AI tools are actually being used?
• What data goes into them?
• Who owns each use case?
• Who checks the output?
• What evidence do you have that those controls actually exist?

That “prove it” moment is what WorkplaceReady is increasingly built around.

And if a client, RFP, procurement team, security reviewer or insurer is already asking questions, WorkplaceReady helps organise the business facts and evidence behind the answers.

One principle matters a lot to me: unknown stays unknown.

WorkplaceReady isn’t a certification badge and it doesn’t invent assurances just to make a report look complete. The goal is to make the real operating picture visible enough that an owner or manager knows what is defensible, what is missing and what needs to happen next.

I’d genuinely like Product Hunt’s feedback on two things:

Is the problem immediately understandable?
Does the product feel practical enough that you would actually use it when somebody asks your business to prove its AI controls?
