I built this to help a friend get local AI models running on their own hardware without having to deal with a million different options, command-line configurations, and wasting hours comparing agents and harnesses and whatnot. The more I improved it, the more I came to use it myself! It builds on reliable tech (llama.cpp, lemonade-server, strata), ships with sensible defaults, and makes it easy to understand the world of local AI.
