shipwords is a free, MIT-licensed framework for launching AI image and video sites on Cloudflare. Accounts, Stripe/PayPal, credits, subscriptions, refunds and AI generation are written once in shared packages; each site keeps its own pages, design, domain and database. Built for spinning up a site per idea: launch fast, double down on what works. tinydeskai.io runs on it, full source included.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I build small AI sites around new search trends. Every new site meant rewriting the same parts again: sign-in, Stripe webhooks, a credit ledger, refunds when a generation fails, guest trials that don't get abused. So I pulled all of that into one open-source framework.
What you get with every site
Google + email sign-in, guest free tries with reCAPTCHA v3 limits
Stripe and PayPal: credit packs, subscriptions, refunds, disputes. Double charges and out-of-order webhooks are covered by tests
A generation job runtime that refunds credits automatically when a job fails
SEO basics: sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt, policy pages
How it's built: each site is its own TanStack Start + React 19 app on a Cloudflare Worker, with its own D1, R2 and payment account. Launching or retiring one site never touches the others, and a fix in the shared core reaches every site on its next deploy.
Real example: Tiny Desk AI, which launched here recently, is built on shipwords, and its full source is in the repo.
Fastest way to try it: paste this into Claude Code, Codex or Cursor:
Read shipwords.dev/llms.txt and build a site for "<your keyword>"
Disclosure: generation goes through Yir, an image/video API router that we also run. The adapter interface is open, and local dev uses a mock, so no key is needed to try it.
It's MIT, including commercial use. I'd love feedback on what's missing before you'd ship a real site on it.
