Tell Nura what's going on in plain words. It keeps a simple care plan and checks in gently by message, WhatsApp or a short call, so the next step doesn't slip. It can ring someone you care for and tell you how it went. Free to start. Not a medical device.

Hi Product Hunt, Ike here, maker of Nura and a senior cardiac radiographer in the NHS.
I kept watching the same thing at work: people leave a clinic clear about what to do, and a week later it has blurred into everything else. Carers carry most of the follow-through, usually alone.
Nura is a health and wellbeing companion for that in-between time. You tell it what's going on in plain words: a symptom you're keeping an eye on, medicines, a routine, something a clinician asked for. It keeps a simple care plan and checks in gently, in the app, on WhatsApp, or with a short call, so the next step doesn't slip.
The part I'm proudest of: you can ask Nura to check in on someone you care for. It rings your mum or dad gently, on your behalf, and tells you how it went. Family and carers can share the plan.
If you want, it can read Apple Health or Health Connect data (steps, sleep, heart rate, weight, blood pressure), read-only and never shared, so check-ins fit your week.
What it is not: a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or replace your clinician. You can export or delete everything, any time.
Free to start on web, iPhone and Android. Nura Plus is US$9.99 a month after a 14-day trial.
I'd love honest feedback, especially from anyone caring for a parent. What would make a check-in feel like care rather than a nag?
