Hi Product Hunt, I'm Rich, the creator of Playground Arcade.
I spent school IT lessons discovering games on Newgrounds and Bored.com, tabs hidden from roving teachers' eyes. When I was about 12 or 13, a friend and I built a GeoCities website that started with cheat codes and grew into a games directory.
Years later, I found myself collecting game links again. People were sharing things they'd built with AI on X, Reddit and elsewhere. I'd spot something I wanted to try, lose the link, then struggle to find the game or its creator again.
So I built Playground: somewhere to discover those games, find out who made them, and get playing.
There are now more than 1,700 browser-playable games to explore, from racing and platformers to RPGs, card battles and multiplayer experiments. They vary in scope and polish, so helping people choose what to try matters as much as growing the library.
You can browse by genre and supported device, watch silent six-second gameplay previews on selected games, and use play counts, ratings and written reviews to help choose your next one. Weekly picks offer another starting point, and creator pages make it easy to explore more from the same maker.
Your Playground gives you a place to save favourites, revisit games and get suggestions based on your activity. Start as a guest on one device, or create a free account to sync across devices. You can also earn EXP and level up by exploring games, rating them, writing reviews and commenting on news posts.
Playground is free to browse, and creators can submit their games for free. We welcome games made with any AI model or a mixture of tools. Every listing credits its creator and links to the original game, which opens on the creator's website.
My main aim is to shine a light on the amazing games being made. Thank you to everyone who's submitted a game, left feedback or helped others discover one.
I'd love your feedback: which game surprised you, and what would make finding your next one easier?
Rich Leigh
