I'm Nejc, and I'm building Captio AI on my own.

I made it because none of the transcription apps I tried had the features deaf and hard of hearing people actually care about. So I built one made specifically for them.

Captio AI gives you live captions in any situation where you need them. Put your phone down and every word

shows up on screen while the person is still talking.

✅ Live captions in 60+ languages, even when people switch languages mid-sentence

✅ Speaker separation: each person gets their own tag, so you always know who said what

✅ Speaker names: it learns the voices of people you talk to often, so captions say "Mum" instead of "Speaker 2" (iPhone, voices stay on your phone)

✅ Speaker direction: waves at the edge of the screen show where the voice is coming from, so you know where to look (iPhone 16 and later)

✅ Big, adjustable text you can flip so the person opposite can read along

✅ Live translation, with a two-way mode where each person reads the other side in their own language

✅ Transcripts of any audio or video file
