Turn handwritten notes and paper forms into text or tables

Toolsy turns a photo of paper into data you can use. Handwritten notes become text or LaTeX. Receipts, invoices, packing slips and business cards become CSV rows. Paper forms come back as JSON. It also reads doctor handwriting, whiteboards and old manuscripts. Try it in the browser with no signup. Developers get an OCR API with 40 free recognitions a month and a drop-in widget for any site.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm hunting Toolsy today.
Most OCR demos show a clean printed page. Real paper is messier. A supplier slip with handwritten corrections in the margin. A page of formulas copied off a lecture board. Toolsy has a separate recognizer for each kind of document, so a receipt comes back as CSV rows and a page of maths comes back as LaTeX you can paste into Overleaf.
Developers can call the same recognizers through one API endpoint or paste an iframe so their own visitors can upload a photo. After signup the first 40 recognitions each month are free.
Around it sits the small stuff everyone needs now and then, like merging a PDF or making a Wi-Fi QR for guests. Text and QR tools run in your browser.
What paper do you still retype by hand?
