During my time working in operations at Amazon, I helped develop a system that reduced repetitive daily tasks and made coordination more efficient. That experience changed how I thought about technology. I realized that the best systems don't just help people work harder; they reduce the amount of work people have to do in the first place.

That got me thinking.
