Hi, I'm Navsheen, the founder of CitePack.
When a buyer asks an AI which tool to buy, the answer is a shortlist in an order, and the order can change when they ask again. I wanted to see that whole picture, and I wanted to know what to do about it.
A Decision Map starts from one offering, one buying category and one buyer market. You approve five buying questions. Each goes to four AI engines three times, and we keep all 60 answers word for word. For every answer you can see who is named, in what order, who comes first, the words used about you and the pages cited.
The Work Plan is the second half. It follows the trail the engines left, what they searched, which companies they looked up, which pages they read, and ranks the work those answers point to.
Each item shows its answers, effort, owner and a check for next time. If no answer supports an item, it doesn't go in.
No generic recommendations. Every fix in the Work Plan is tied to the AI answers and evidence that produced it, and we don't claim to know why an engine answered the way it did.
