Hi, I'm Kayvan. I built BuildGist because I kept finishing agent sessions and couldn't say what had changed without asking the agent that did the work.
It runs on your Mac alongside Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. After a meaningful run it writes a short explanation: what changed, what it means, and what to check. In the example on the site, from a real Claude Code run, Google sign-in worked, and the explanation flagged that any signed-in user could delete anyone else's note.
The second part is for switching agents. In October, swyx asked X for one default coding agent. Of the 169 written replies, 38 described using two or more, often one to write and one to review. That's the setup BuildGist is for: start a new chat in another agent in the same project, choose Continue, and it starts with the earlier task. Start fresh skips it. Every count links to its reply: https://buildgist.com/guides/coding-agent-poll-replies
