hey everyone, i'm tiger, maker of foldyn (fold-in).
i started this because going from a packaging idea to files a printer can actually run is slow and expensive for small brands. with foldyn you describe your box in a sentence, an AI draws the artwork, then foldyn builds the print files: dielines, separate plates for foil, spot UV and embossing, plus an automated preflight check.
right now it's rigid lid-and-base boxes, with more formats on the way. one thing to be upfront about: the artwork is AI-generated high-res images. every file runs automated preflight checks before it goes out, but you'll still want a printer proof before a production run.
the whole idea is simple: describe it, print it. if you make boxes, i'd love to hear what slows you down most.
