ElevenAgents Architect is an AI expert built into ElevenLabs that builds and improves your voice agents. Describe an agent in plain language, or point it at a failing test, escalation spike, or transcripts from thousands of calls. It drafts the fix, explains it, and writes simulations. Every change is a versioned draft you review, approve, or revert before it goes live. Alpha. Also reachable from Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Cursor.

ElevenAgents Architect is a built-in AI expert in ElevenLabs that builds and improves your voice agents. It’s in Alpha.
Problem: Running a voice agent means constant tuning. Someone has to read through transcripts, work out why calls are failing or escalating, change the prompt or settings, and test it, all without breaking what already works.
Solution: Architect does that loop with you. Describe the agent you want in plain language, by voice or text, and it builds it. For an existing agent, it works from signals like a failing test, a spike in escalations, or a Spotlight finding. It analyzes transcripts across thousands of conversations, drafts a fix, explains the change, and writes simulations to test it.
What makes it different: nothing goes live on its own. Every change is a versioned draft that you can review, approve, or revert. You can also set team standards and guardrails, so the changes it proposes follow your rules.
Key features:
Build agents from a plain-language description
Proposals dashboard with explained, drafted changes
Analyzes transcripts across thousands of conversations
Writes simulations to test changes
Versioned drafts with review, revert and approval before going live
Team standards and guardrails
Voice and chat access throughout the ElevenLabs product
Reachable from Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor and Grok Bot
