Axeazy scans websites for WCAG 2.2 AA violations and fixes them with real code changes via GitHub pull requests, not a JavaScript overlay, plus a timestamped compliance record.

I was reading through small business subreddits for something else entirely, and kept running into the same post: a shop owner gets a letter from a law firm they have never heard of, saying their website breaks the ADA, asking for money before it turns into a lawsuit. Most of them had no clue their site could even be a target. Somebody built it for $400 on Fiverr six years ago and nobody had touched it since.
What got me was how scared and confused people sounded. Not 'how do I fix this,' more like 'is this even real, or is someone scamming me.' Fair question. Over 8,000 of these federal lawsuits got filed in 2025, and almost half hit a business that had already been sued once before, sometimes over the exact same page.
So most owners did the sensible thing. They searched 'accessibility widget,' found one of the big overlay tools, paid the subscription, moved on with their day. Except the actual code never changed. The FTC fined one of those vendors a million dollars in January 2025 for promising a fix that basically never happened. People were paying to feel safe, not to be safe. That's the part that bothered me.
Axeazy scans your site, tells you in plain language what's actually broken, and if you want it fixed, opens a real pull request with real code changes. Your developer reviews it, approves it, ships it. No script sitting on top pretending the problem went away. Every fix gets timestamped too, so if a letter does show up, you hand your lawyer a paper trail instead of a subscription receipt.
I won't tell you this means you can never get sued. Nobody can promise that, and the companies that do are the ones getting fined for it. What I can promise is you'll know exactly what's wrong with your site and have real proof of what you did about it.
Curious if anyone here has dealt with one of these letters, or found a fix that actually worked long term.
