Hi Product Hunt — I built Recaloom because changing AI sessions often means re-explaining a project and accidentally reusing stale context. The idea is deliberately smaller than ‘remember everything’: keep a local project record, treat recovered notes as data rather than instructions, and stop when referenced files have changed. Alpha.7 adds an opt-in DeepSeek Harness path. You bind one project, start paused, explicitly resume, then Recaloom restores goals, constraints and next steps before later work. It is a developer preview, currently verified on a specific Harness 0.1.5-rc.1/macOS path; ordinary chats are not autosaved. I’d especially value feedback on installation friction, resume behavior and failure messages. Please start with a synthetic project.
