I built Whose Fault Is It after one too many fights that ended the same way: both of us replaying the chat, both “obviously” right, zero closure. The product is simple on purpose: upload a WhatsApp 1:1 export, pay $3.99 once (no subscription), and Jev returns a fault split for that conversation not a pep talk, not “you’re both valid,” and definitely not taking your side. The only thing meant to be shared is a nameless score card (no names, no quotes) so the group chat can do what group chats do. Technically I kept the scope tight: one upload, two speakers, browser-side until payment, one verdict. I wanted something you could use in five minutes at 11pm when you’re tired of the loop, not another relationship app with a 12-step onboarding.
