I’m Moran, the founder of Daywatch.
Whenever I tell people I built a shift scheduling platform, the first question is always: "Aren't there already dozens of scheduling tools out there?"
The answer is yes.
But almost every manager I spoke with, whether running a nursing department, a security team, or a retail floor, was still managing their shifts in Excel and chaotic WhatsApp groups.
