The problem I kept seeing: AI enters a company through every door at once — employees pasting secrets into ChatGPT, autonomous agents delegating tasks to each other — and there's no single place to watch it, control it, or prove who authorized what. So I built four layers into one tower: 🛡️ Prompt firewall — masks secrets (cards, keys, IDs) before any prompt reaches a provider 👁️ Shadow AI monitor — detects unsanctioned AI on laptops and the network 🤖 Agent governance — the part I'm most proud of 👇 🧠 MLOps — build your own models with a no-jargon wizard The feature I haven't seen anywhere else: when one AI agent delegates a task to another, the handoff is signed with Ed25519. You open the live map, click any delegation, and verify the signature right in your browser — the server holds only the public key, so it can verify but never forge. Verifiable accountability, made clickable. It's fully self-hosted (FastAPI + Next.js, Apache-2.0, no external SaaS), and there's a one-command Docker setup to try it in ~2 minutes.
