Why we built it
AI coaches are only as good as the context you give them. Most health → AI bridges want an account and a cloud sync. We didn't.
What it does
1. Pick categories (activity, cardio & recovery, sleep, workouts, weight)
2. Tap Share — or approve an export your AI agent requests via a deep link
3. HealthAgent builds a .txt file with a structured <health_context> payload (Markdown inside)
4. Share it to your AI assistant via the iOS share sheet
