Oscar Nutrição is an AI-powered nutrition platform for individuals and health professionals. It creates highly personalized meal plans using user or client profiles, considering goals, age, body data, activity, budget, preferences, restrictions, habits, diseases and health conditions. With separate user and client profiles, history, favorites and professional management tools, it turns complex nutritional needs into practical, personalized daily planning.

How did Astra change the scope or ambition of what you built?

Oscar Nutrição started as an ambitious personalized nutrition platform, but Astra allowed me to push the idea beyond a traditional meal-planning application. Instead of treating AI as a simple generator, I began designing it as an intelligence layer capable of reasoning across complex user context — goals, body data, activity, budget, preferences, restrictions, habits and health conditions — while also supporting separate professional client profiles. Astra expanded my vision from generating personalized plans to building an adaptive nutrition ecosystem where AI can understand context, coordinate specialized capabilities and progressively become a more active assistant for individuals and professionals.

I built Oscar Nutrição because nutrition is deeply personal, but most digital solutions still treat people as if everyone had the same needs. Age, body profile, goals, activity level, budget, food preferences, restrictions, habits, diseases and health conditions can completely change what a useful nutrition plan looks like. Oscar Nutrição was designed to bring all of these variables together in one intelligent platform. It can work with an individual's own profile or separate client profiles, making it useful not only for personal planning but also as a support tool for health and nutrition professionals managing multiple clients. The project evolved far beyond a simple meal generator. It now combines personalized planning, client management, history, favorites and structured profiles, with an AI architecture designed to turn complex information into practical daily nutrition planning. My goal is to make advanced personalization easier to access while keeping the human professional at the center whenever professional healthcare guidance is needed.
