Abstria is AI lease intelligence for commercial real estate legal and operations teams. Extract source-traced lease data with speed, accuracy, and audit-ready workflows.
Hey Product Hunt!
We're the team behind Abstria.
We kept hearing the same story from people in CRE legal and ops: someone spends a full day (or three) turning a 150-page lease and its amendments into a spreadsheet, only for a renewal deadline or an escalation clause to slip through anyway, because human attention fades by page 80 and the work is too tedious to double-check carefully. The data was always there in the document , it just took too long and too much manual effort to get it out reliably.
Lease abstraction is still mostly manual across the industry. A single lease plus its amendments can run hundreds of pages, and pulling out the 100–200+ data points that actually matter takes hours per document, usually done by someone who bills by the hour or gets pulled off higher-value work to do it. Multiply that across a portfolio, or against a diligence deadline, and it becomes the bottleneck nobody budgeted for.
So we built Abstria to take the first pass. Upload a lease, amendment, or acknowledgement, and it extracts 200+ structured, source-traced fields in 2–5 minutes, organized into a Buildings → Tenants → Documents hierarchy. Every field links straight back to where it came from in the PDF, so review happens in a dual-panel editor instead of a blind trust exercise. When an amendment lands, Abstria diffs it against the existing abstract and shows you exactly what changed. No re-reading the whole lease to find one buried clause.
We spent months building and testing this with real leases and real reviewers, refining not just what data gets pulled but how it gets verified, because a fast wrong answer is worse than a slow right one in this line of work.
What we're proudest of is that we built this for people who have to sign off on the numbers, not just skim them, full audit trails, status workflows, and change history, because "the AI said so" isn't good enough when you're managing real portfolios or running M&A diligence.
Thanks for checking us out.
