Your vendors already send bills on WhatsApp. Now forward them to Zoffer. It reads each bill, printed or handwritten, pulls out the vendor, date, line items, tax and amount, and creates the entry in your Zoho Books. Nothing posts until you check it and tap approve. No new app to learn. You keep using Zoho Books the way you do today, minus the typing. Most small business owners we've met in India have a WhatsApp group full of vendor bills, from PDFs to blurry photos of handwritten invoices. Each one gets typed into the accounting software by hand: vendor name, invoice number, date, line items, tax, amount, and then on to the next one.
A clean bill takes 3 to 5 minutes, so a hundred bills a month eats a full working day. Owners either do it on Sunday nights or pay someone ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 a month just for data entry. One owner told us his hire entered two months of bills under the wrong GST codes, and he only found out at filing time.
That's why we built Zoffer Bill. You forward the bill on WhatsApp, the same way you'd send it to your accountant, and our AI reads it and creates the entry in your Zoho Books. You get a short summary and tap approve. Nothing is posted until you do.
You keep using Zoho Books exactly as you do today. Zoffer handles the step in between, getting the bill out of WhatsApp and into your books, which until now has always meant someone typing.
It's ₹999 a month, a small part of what a data-entry hire costs. In beta we've processed over 1,000 bills. Three clients liked it enough to start paying before launch, and 15+ startups, companies and firms are using it right now.
