Undine is an AI mental health coach for iPhone and Android. Unlike a generic chatbot, it uses guided frameworks to help you work through stress, confidence, and relationship patterns, and remembers context across sessions instead of starting from zero each time. End-to-end encrypted. Free to try, no signup wall. Built as the low-stakes step before therapy, stop the emotional spiralling today. Users can delete their account instantly, directly in the app.
I built Undine because I kept noticing the same thing in myself and in people close to me: we usually already know what's bothering us, we just don't have anywhere low-stakes to actually work through it out loud before it turns into a bigger problem. Therapy is the right answer for a lot of that, but it's not always accessible in the moment something's actually on your mind, at 11pm, mid-spiral.
So I built a coach that's there when that moment happens. It's not trying to replace therapy, diagnose anything, or pretend to be a person. It's meant to be the step before that: a place to think out loud, get pushed on your own patterns a bit, and walk away with something clearer than when you opened it.
Would genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who's tried other mental wellness apps and bounced off them, curious what didn't work and why.
