I'm Jude, co-founder of Powermove.
Software usually ships finished. Someone else decides what the buttons are, where the panels go, and what the tool can do. You get a copy and adapt to it.
Powermove is our attempt to reverse that. It is a video editor that can rewrite itself around your work. Ask an agent for a new panel, a different timeline, an effect, or a better workflow. It writes the code, loads it into the running app, and shows you. If it is wrong, steer it and try again. The change stays inspectable and undoable.
Agents can edit the video too: they can inspect the live project, change layers and keyframes, render frames, and repair the result. But the bigger idea is iterative software. The editor you have after a month should be one nobody else has.
Powermove is free, open source, and built for Apple silicon Macs. We would love to know what you would change if your software could change with you.
