When an AI agent acts, can you prove what actually happened? “The AI did it” isn’t an audit trail. For consequential actions, organizations need evidence of: • what the agent proposed • what Sentinel decided • whether the action was authorized • what happened before execution • whether the record was altered afterward Sentinel creates an append-only, tamper-evident audit chain around autonomous decisions.
