I made this because most homework apps are built for the "average" kid and then pile on features until they overwhelm exactly the students who need help most — kids with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or just a brain that works its own way. They're used to being rushed, sighed at, or told to "just focus."
So Homework Turtle is deliberately calm. It works the same way every day. And the AI tutor, Shelly, is built to explain — one step at a time, re-explaining as many times as it takes — not to hand over answers. Shelly can also see your homework list, so "what should I start with?" gets a real answer, and it turns a photographed worksheet or pasted syllabus into tracked assignments.
