WeddingFlow is an AI Agent wedding-planning SaaS built for professional wedding planners, independent studios, and growing agencies.
At the center of WeddingFlow is Aria, the AI Chief Wedding Planner. Aria uses the wedding's connected context to prepare useful, review-ready work — including proposals, planning timelines, tasks, SOPs, vendor briefs, meeting follow-ups, budgets, communications, risk flags, and wedding-day run sheets.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Suresh, founder of WeddingFlow.
WeddingFlow started with a simple problem: professional wedding planners manage an enormous amount of operational work across emails, messages, spreadsheets, documents, vendors, clients and timelines.
And even with planning software, much of the actual work still has to be prepared manually.
So we built WeddingFlow around a different idea:
**Give Aria the wedding context. She prepares the work. You review and decide.**
Aria is the AI Chief Wedding Planner inside WeddingFlow.
She can help prepare proposals, planning timelines, tasks, SOPs, vendor briefs and comparisons, meeting follow-ups, budgets, client communications and wedding-day run sheets, all using the connected context of the wedding.
WeddingFlow also brings the underlying operation together: events, vendors, budgets, guests and RSVPs, proposals, invoices, communications, floor plans, seating, SOPs, client portal and wedding-day execution.
The goal isn’t to replace the planner’s judgment.
It’s to remove more of the repetitive preparation surrounding that judgment.
This is our second Product Hunt launch, and the product has evolved significantly since the first.
I’d especially love feedback from wedding planners and event professionals:
**What part of running a wedding still takes far more manual work than it should?**
Thanks for checking out WeddingFlow. 🙏
