She can help prepare proposals, planning timelines, tasks, SOPs, vendor briefs and comparisons, meeting follow-ups, budgets, client communications and wedding-day run sheets, all using the connected context of the wedding. WeddingFlow also brings the underlying operation together: events, vendors, budgets, guests and RSVPs, proposals, invoices, communications, floor plans, seating, SOPs, client portal and wedding-day execution. The goal isn’t to replace the planner’s judgment. It’s to remove more of the repetitive preparation surrounding that judgment.
