AI Technical Support Brain is a local-first knowledge base starter kit for AI coding agents. It gives Cursor, Kiro, Codex-style tools, and VS Code/Copilot a durable place to search confirmed troubleshooting knowledge, rank relevant solutions, and safely capture reusable entries. It includes agent-neutral onboarding, CLI search and indexing, 15 starter categories, reports, customization tests, and Git/Bitbucket guidance—without a hosted AI model or private incident data.
I built AI Technical Support Brain because AI coding agents often investigate the same technical problems from scratch in every session.
The project gives an AI agent a local, searchable place to find confirmed troubleshooting knowledge, preserve reusable solutions, and capture new entries safely. It includes agent-neutral onboarding, CLI tools, indexing, search, reports, 15 starter categories, customization tests, and Git/Bitbucket guidance.
It works with the AI coding tool you already use and does not include a hosted AI model, API subscription, or private incident library. Buyers provide and maintain their own knowledge.
I’d especially appreciate feedback from infrastructure engineers, platform teams, technical support engineers, and developers using AI coding tools.
