Create a simulated group of people who match your target audience, ask them your questions and read the results in minutes — for students, researchers, founders and teams.
There s a massive trend right now of AI startups claiming they can completely replace human survey panels and user interviews. Honestly? I think that s a dangerous promise.
I’m the founder of AskYourMarket, and I am so incredibly excited to finally share this with you all today.
To be completely honest, this tool wasn’t born out of a sudden corporate brainstorm. It came from pure, firsthand frustration. Over the last few years, I kept running into the exact same brick wall every time I wanted to build something new: there was a massive, empty gap where "pre-research" tools should have been.
Every piece of advice out there tells you to do deep market research before you build. But I noticed a painful reality:
1) The Over-Analysis Trap: Spending weeks on rigorous, expensive studies only to find out your fundamental thesis was slightly misaligned from day one.
2)The Blind-Spot Bias: Talking straight to users without realizing you aren't even asking them the right questions to begin with.
Originally, my approach to solving this was going to look a lot like standard validation mechanics. But as I built and talked to fellow makers, my mindset completely evolved. I realized we don’t need more heavy research suites, we need a grounded, low friction reality check before the heavy research even starts.
We built AskYourMarket to be that exact "pre-research" layer. It’s designed to help you catch early, unpredictable perspectives, challenge your core assumptions, and figure out the exact questions that are actually worth spending time and money asking real people later on.
I’d love to hear your honest thoughts, feedback, and critiques. How do you all map out your blind spots before diving into deep user research?
