Hey, I built Keenyx. I got tired of support bots that confidently make things up, so I built one with a hard rule: it only answers from your own docs and cites its source every time. When the answer isn't there, it won't guess instead it says something like "I could guess, but that's not how Keenyx works. I couldn't find this in your documents mail us at support@keenyx.com and we'll be happy to help." You can customize that fallback message to your own wording, but the one thing that never changes is that the bot won't invent an answer. Setup is one script tag after you upload your docs. It's early and mostly a solo build, so I'd love honest feedback especially what would stop you trusting it with your own customers.
