A fasting dial that warms as your body switches from food to fat, a pixel salamander who lives in it, and an AI coach that reads your own logs instead of guessing. Fasting-aware meal and training weeks. Free until 1 November.
Hi Product Hunt š
I built this because every fasting app I tried was a countdown timer
with a streak badge stapled to it, and none of them told me what was
actually happening in my body at hour 14.
So the whole interface is one instrument. The dial isn't counting down
ā it's bound to metabolic phase, and the colour of the entire app warms
then cools as you move from fed to fat burning to ketosis. Sal, the
pixel salamander who lives on the dial, sleeps while you digest and
glows once you're in ketosis. He's the phase indicator, not a sticker.
Three things I'd point at:
š„ The scoring stops at 24 hours, on purpose. End a fast early at 14h
and you keep exactly what 14 hours were worth. Nothing in it pays you
to skip more meals ā a health app shouldn't be trying to make you sick.
š„ Allergies and dietary rules (no pork, no alcohol, halal) are
enforced rather than suggested ā every generated meal is screened, and
a week that breaks a rule gets refused, not shown with a warning.
š§ The coach reads your actual data: your eating window, today's water,
your last 14 fasts. Not general advice with your name on it.
It runs in the browser ā no app store, no account wall on your own
data. It's free until 1 November 2026, then $3.99/month, and nothing
asks for a card.
Solo-built, self-hosted on one small VPS. I'd love to hear what's
confusing or missing ā I'm here all day.
