Jobless: Stop scrolling job boards. Jobless finds the right ones.

Hey Product Hunt, I am Belmin and I built this on my own over the past two and a half years. It started because I was applying for jobs myself and could not get over how unoptimised the whole thing is. These platforms sit on more employment data than has ever existed, and the best they manage is matching a keyword and burying the one role you were made for three pages deep. So Jobless does the matching properly. You put in your CV, it gets analysed, and every day you get a set of roles that actually fit you, out of over a million live jobs from anywhere in the world. No searching, no filters, no guessing the right keyword. Everything else grew around that to take the busywork out. It remembers the answers you have already written so you never write them twice, and the Chrome extension fills in the real application on the company's own site. Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Recruitee, Teamtailor and SmartRecruiters so far. It has been in beta for four months. Around 400 people have tried it, about fifty sent real applications with it, and two of them got hired. That last one is not really a metric. It is two people who have jobs they did not have before, and it is the reason I kept going through the parts where this was more than I could chew. It is far from perfect and the journey is only starting. If you try it, I would genuinely like to hear how it went, especially where it falls over.
