Hey Product Hunt 👋 We pulled every failed GitHub Actions run from eight production open source repos over three months — 156,808 of them — and most weren't broken code. A registry timing out, a Docker pull hitting a rate limit, a job OOM-killed on an undersized runner. So we built Latchkey: managed GitHub Actions runners that classify those failures, repair them on the runner, and retry, instead of going red. One line changes — runs-on: latchkey-small. What it will never do is retry a real failure; a compile error or a failing test is your bug, and masking it would make us worse than useless, so those get handed to your coding agent over MCP with the root cause and full logs.
