Every time someone switched labs or cities, years of continuity in their own health data just... disappeared. The obvious fix is "upload it and let AI read it," and honestly that part is close to commodity now — every vision model can read a PDF. The part I actually spent the effort on is what happens after extraction: a canonicalization pipeline that reconciles "FBS," "Fasting Blood Sugar," and "Glucose (Fasting)" into one metric, handles unit conversion, and gets smarter with every report anyone uploads — because the shared alias dictionary compounds across the whole user base, not just your own account. A few things I'd genuinely love feedback on: Does the AI-reads-your-medical-reports pitch build trust or trip privacy alarm bells for you? I've tried to be upfront that reports go through a third-party LLM provider to get read — curious how that lands.
