Open the JD, paste it into ChatGPT, paste it into Docs, make it ATS-friendly, reformat, download, upload, then fill out the same fifteen fields you filled out yesterday. Forty times a week. Just Apply collapses all of it. For every job it reads the company's site, news, and team page, then writes a résumé and cover letter tailored to that specific role in your own template. If you already have a résumé you like, it uses that one instead. Then it fills out the entire application and logs it in a tracker. It works anywhere a human can apply. Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, company career sites. No job board lock-in. You choose how much control you want. Run it hands-off, or review and edit every document before it ships. One thing worth saying clearly: this is not a mass-apply bot. Those blast one generic résumé at five hundred jobs and get about a 0.5% response rate. We built the opposite.
