So I built the opposite. Everything runs on-device: OCR, redaction, summaries, file conversion, document signing, compression, metadata removal — and no subscriptions. Redaction uses fast pattern matching for the predictable stuff (SSNs, account numbers, emails), and you can optionally layer on a small local AI model for context-specific data — but even that never leaves your phone.
