Hi everyone 👋 I have been collecting compliance / location data on AI infrastructure products for a while, and this page is what fell out of it. 61 companies headquartered in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.
Most lists answer the easy one, where the servers are, but the one that matters for the EU AI Act is whose law the company is under. A US provider with a Frankfurt region is still a US company. You may well be fine with that but you should get to pick.
Everything is read off each company's own pricing and legal pages. No rankings and no paid placement. It is nowhere near complete, so ping me if any are missing 🙌
