Chatsell: AI sales agents and CRM built for WhatsApp

Chatsell is an Argentine conversational AI and CRM platform for businesses that sell and support customers through WhatsApp. AI agents use live business data to answer questions, quote, schedule, collect payments, follow up and hand conversations to human teams with context. The platform includes CRM pipelines, campaigns, analytics and integrations with commerce platforms, ERPs, spreadsheets, calendars and custom systems.

Hi Product Hunt — I’m Matias, maker of Chatsell. We built Chatsell for teams whose sales and customer service already happen on WhatsApp but whose context is scattered across chats, spreadsheets, ecommerce platforms and internal systems. Chatsell combines AI agents with a CRM so businesses can answer with their own live data, follow up, and hand a conversation to a person without losing context. We are launching from Córdoba, Argentina, and have focused the product on the operational reality of Spanish-speaking businesses. I would especially value feedback on onboarding, the human handoff and the way we explain the difference between a generic chatbot and an agent connected to business data.
