Hey Product Hunt. I built this after noticing there's no way to see a team's combined Claude Code spend in one place. Anthropic has an open feature request for this (issue #18550), and the community's best answer so far is ccusage (great tool, 18k+ stars) — but it's local-only: everyone sees their own machine, nobody gets the team-wide picture. AgentSpend is a small open-source uploader that reads the usage metadata Claude Code already writes to your local session logs (token counts, model, project name, timestamp — never prompt text or file contents) and posts it to a shared dashboard. A team lead gets per-member and per-project spend trends plus a budget alert before things run over, and can verify with --dry-run exactly what gets sent before anything is uploaded. Fully built with Claude Code, entirely as a side project. Would love feedback, especially on the privacy model — I'd rather over-explain what's collected than have anyone surprised.
