Every founder I meet has the same first question — "what would this actually cost to build?" — and every answer they get is either a sales pitch or a guess. Agencies quote high and vague; freelancers quote low and optimistic; neither tells you what they left out. So I built the answer as a free tool. Describe your idea in plain English and Foundco writes a quotation slip the way a good contractor would: the exact team composition you'd need, a timeline, and an honest price range at current Indian freelance rates — assuming AI-augmented delivery, which is why the numbers run below traditional agency quotes. The part I'm most proud of is the fine print. Every estimate shows what's deliberately cut from the MVP (and what each cut costs to add later), what the price assumes (and what happens if the assumption is wrong), and the known ways the price rises — quantified.
