Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Max, co-founder of Clypp. We started Clypp after seeing the same problem repeatedly in industrial companies: the people who know how a process really works are usually too busy to document it. Important knowledge remains in their heads, while everyone else relies on outdated manuals, scattered files, or repeated explanations. Traditional documentation asks subject-matter experts to become technical writers and video editors. We wanted to remove that burden. With Clypp, an employee records a process using a phone, camera, or screen recorder. Our AI turns that raw recording into a polished video, multilingual voiceovers and captions, screenshots, step-by-step instructions, SOPs, and training content. Teams use Clypp for work instructions, machine setup, maintenance, quality checks, onboarding, software workflows, customer training, and knowledge retention. Finished instructions can be shared through QR codes, tablets, Microsoft Teams, or the systems employees already use. What matters most to us is that the person who understands the process can document it without waiting for a video team or spending hours writing a manual.
