Mushka is a truly agentic Slack teammate — it doesn't wait for an @-mention or a command. It reads your channels on its own, spots when work is being discussed ('someone should file that,' 'can we track this?'), and drafts the ticket. No keywords, no rules to configure: it understands intent, not triggers. It never acts without your sign-off — it proposes, you approve. Every team has work that gets *said* in Slack. "Someone should file that," "can we track this?", and then it quietly gets dropped. It bugged me for years, so I built a fix.
Mushka is a fly-on-the-wall that watches your channels, notices those moments, and drafts the ticket for you. Nothing gets created without your approval. It proposes, you sign off.
It's live now, and I'm looking for a few teams to run it as design partners, free during the pilot. If your team lives in Slack and loses track of work, I'd love to talk.
